Our staff at Ross Optometry is well trained and focused on making your patient experience a personal one. 

Elizabeth Jungers

Elizabeth is a 1979 graduate of the Optometric Technician Program at the Indiana University School of Optometry and is certified by the American Board of Opticianry. She joined Ross Optometry in 2007 and is the office manager. Schedule an exam or bring in your eyeglass prescription and browse through the lines of frames and sunglasses. As a certified optician, Elizabeth can help you with all your eyewear needs.

Sue Draper

Sue has been connected with the optometry field since 1983. She joined Dr. Conner in 1986 and has experience in all areas of the office. Now serving as insurance manager, she enjoys the challenge of dealing with insurance carriers and also interacting with patients during their time in the office. Bethany Stoelting

Bethany has been associated with our optometric practice since 2001, and has worked in all areas of the practice. She assists in pre-test, special testing, contact lens and insurance. Bethany helps reception and always provides a pleasant patient experience for everyone she is in contact with. She is happy to welcome you and assist you with all of your needs.

Saralyn "Sam" Youngblood

Sam started in the ophthalmic field in 1993. She obtained certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant in 2007. She joined Ross Optometry in 2009. Sam works as a primary assistant to the doctor, doing pre-test, special testing and contact lens instruction. She can also be found using her experience in the optical shop.

Leah Sinn

Leah joined our practice in January of 2011. She is a 2009 graduate of Indiana State University and is from northern Indiana. Leah assists in  reception, contact lens, and insurance. Leah would be happy to help you schedule your next eye exam.

Letitia Henry

Letitia has been a part of our practice since June of 2011. Letitia is originally from South Bend and has 13 years experience in the eye care industry. She has experience in optical and vision therapy. At our office Letitia assists in patient work-ups, insurance, and reception. Call our office and Letitia would be happy to help with any inquiries.

Carrie Mace

Carrie joined our practice in January of 2012. Carrie is from Terre Haute and she is a 2005 graduate of Indiana University. Carrie has several years’ experience working in high-end retail and has a great eye for fashion! She is assisting in optical and loves working with kids. Come by and visit Carrie in our dispensary and she will help you pick out an amazing pair of glasses.
